What is Cultivate New York?

Cultivate New York (formerly LinkUpNYC) simple purpose is to connect skilled professionals who are either unemployed or underemployed with companies that have had to downsize or do not have enough capital to employ at normal rates. We want to facilitate the connection between the professional and the company for a period of time in order to either demonstrate their skills and value to the company to drive potential hiring or skill improvement.

It is our belief is that if a talented person is working with a company and is able to generate value/revenue to pay their way, the company will hire them to each party's mutual benefit.
